Notice to Shareholders:
The company’s accounting firm has request more time to complete the 2/29/12 Quarterly Report. Since completion of the audit the Company for OTCQX requirements must update and/or restate all financials forward of the year end 5/31/11 to present. Management expects these to be posted no later than Friday 4/20/12. These filings will fulfill the Company’s requirements for up-listing to OTCQX. The company has also been approved for publication and will be published in S&P’s Daily News within the next 7 business days.
