My inquiry sent directly to him: On Apr 9, 2012, at 6:04 PM. Two subsequent requests sent to Investor Relations.

First off, and as importantly as any part of this communication, I wish to publicly apologize to letsgetstuy for challenging the posted message authenticity. From my perspective, the communication did not reflect the way Vincent would authorize information dissemination and I was in fact correct on that point. Because of this incongruity, I had good reason to question the authenticity regardless of how the message was received or created. I tried to be discrete in my challenge, yet firmly held to it, and not place personal attack against our board MOD. Nevertheless, I am certain that it caused a more than a little discomfort and it is for this reason I convey this sincere apology.



Okay, here is the response just received from Vincent Browne, Chairman of Flint Telecom with his permission to post. The time shown is my time in Seattle:

I have checked internally as to the source of this communication and it would appear that we did respond to this request as posted below. It was not sent out by me directly and was answered while I was on a trip so as not to avoid any questions asked of us.

In terms of the spelling of 'enquiry', that is actually a Irish way to spell it, as it was answered by someone in Ireland, and that is a nuance they missed.

It was understood that it would be made public as 'letsgetstuy' is listed as a moderator on the iHub board, and I am confirming this to you so that you can post your confirmation.

Our understanding is that it was the intent of the responder that it would be posted and there was no mention of what the financials would contain which I would certainly regard as highly sensitive. I do however, take your point, on this being important trading information nonetheless and have instructed accordingly for future queries.

Therefore, I can confirm that it's authenticity as coming from FLTT and I do this on the understanding that you will post this fact on the boards in response to questions obviously raised there.

Flint is currently working on financial disclosures that will be issued via OTC Markets Disclosure Service and these will be made available as soon as they are completed.
We currently expect that these will be completed during April. As Flint has a number of operating companies and corporate resources have been reduced to cut costs, it is takes longer to consolidate the results given the recent announcements of sales of assets further complicates reporting.
