I forgot to add that Minera Activa is a subsidiary of investment bank LarrainVial S.A. which among other services, offers capital raising services for its clients.

Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner recently assisted Minera Activa, a subsidiary of Chilean investment bank LarraínVial, in the setting up of a USD10 million fund to acquire mining assets in Chile.

I have no idea what type of mining assets to which the above statement refers.
