Thanks db7. I agree. The $4 is a wild fantasy. I don't mean to throw out the craziest of possibilities. If you know about shells, then you may recall the one from 1 - 1 1/2 years ago that was purchased by a LA exec for his realty TV show. It went from sub penny or penny to $1.87 the first day, then the second day it went to over $4.00. Being that Jesup is in the business of financial investments/stocks etc...I sort of expect the best SOMEDAY when/if it does happen. I believe they may know the ins and outs and the people and how to make things happen, being that they are in the right industry. If it does not happen, then I don't know what we have here, becase I just don't see anything else. The atty's fees total as much as the money they are trying to recoup from the company they say swindled it from them, so again, seems like there is nothing. Such as it is with a BK play. I will hold because I see no mention of the shares being canceled. GLTU!
