The insiders pull the price down for funding, and when the price,
that the VCs want to "Buy" their stock is reached, it bottoms, and you see the accumulation.

Give me one reason why anyone in venture capital who is not blind, insane, or both, would have the slightest bit of interest in SUGO.

Also: tell us why you think that management has decided to get involved with VC, when they have been using death spirals to pay themselves for some time now.
