Working on a refinance
I will be @ 3.125 , I just missed the low of 3.00 by a few months.
Coming from a fixed 30 year @ 5.5 , To a fixed 15 year @ 3.125
My payments will even be a bit lower then my old 30 year !
Love it , Jump on the wagon boys before rates go up, Not going to get to much lower IMO times are getting better.
