PERL based on lots of DD, news today... if there are those who enjoy investing in lower-risk micro plays this is it.

These are the ONLY types worth averaging down if you are into forward looking, positive earnings, excellent sales type plays.

On average this one has less risk too the down side compared too 90% of micro plays below .02c when comparing risk-factors.

Why do I say this?
1.) approx. 1.1mil in buys VERSES 170k in sells yet down 7% today... don't get discouraged those buying today.

Just take time too look over a chart and see where the next possible base is...? Maybe from .015 to .018.

2.) Also look at the accumulation on the chart, what's up outside a nice spike? http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=PERL&p=d&b=5&g=0&id=p17970548896 1_Month accumulation is 7.45 million.

That means if you go back and look at the chart again the red candle drops are either SELLS on a low volume day or shorting on above-avg or heavy-vol days.

The point is today there was accumulation and lots of it http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=perl approx. 9.5 to 1 buys over sells, but down you say?

MM's are short this... thus we would not hold, nor be Nplay if recent news wasn't extremely positive.

For those viewing you just need to learn too stay the course on great news/product/fin results and forget about what MM's are doing. If' it's a goodie as this one is? It'll work itself out!
