I don't really understand this. It was my understanding that you can't get a public quote on a grey sheet stock and there is no reporting of buys and sells. The fact that there IS a quote and volume would seem to mean something other than grey sheets. We've seen that not all broker react to things like the DTC chill at the same time. I'm wondering if a brokers has already begun to trade PELE (as part of them being re-listed) and some nervous investor place a market order to sell all their 12,642 shares of stock for a total of $1.26 less commission.
