So the answer to my original question is, "yes I am new here".

The Marriotts have come and gone, but I contended from day one that they were not necessarily a major resource. They were cousins of the Marriotts in the industry and for all we knew were the black sheep of the family. It's not like Tivus was partnered with JW.

Truckenmiller was clearly a more significant add. My guess is Shiva was just using the Marriotts for their name until something significant came along. As far as I know they really didn't add anything worthwhile to the company, other than that.

Anyway, welcome to the Tivus party. I, like many, have been watching this thing for a long time. I bought in a couple hundred bucks at $.07/share, bought a huge portion in the .008 to .012 range, watched it fall to .0001, then sold at .0018 on the bounce and re-bought at .0004 and .0005. The company has huge potential but has been slaughtered by dilution, shady financials, missed deadlines, and profit-takers. We are all hoping that it's coming to an end and we will finally see the promise we always thought was there.

The dreams were $1.00+ when there were 150 million shares and pps was in the pennies. Now I think the dreams are probably pennies, which unfortunately just gets a lot of people back to the starting line.

I for one would take that in a heartbeat though.
