While i was happy to see the tivus tv in the room i stayed in at the double tree, the system was not what i was hoping for. As Jwez said they really had to dumb down their system. It was just about the same as hd cable at home. As far as ad insertion i have no idea. The few positives I came away with were that they were supposed to be adding more rooms soon...not sure that info is 100% reliable. And Tivus does in fact have a presence in the omaha double tree.

Hope i can follow these bread crumbs Jwez is dropping. Ill be emailing hotel management to ask more questions not sure if they will comment or not. Glad to see another person on this board visit philly and send a report back......Thanks blah
