Is VPER coiling for a Spring in April?

...looking at the one month chart....it has been and now is in the 'coiling' process: higher highs, lower lows - higher volume GREEN days accompanied by lower volume RED days are evident the moment you look at the one month chart.

Period.

But the Viper has yet too really SPRING yet like many of us think it will...on the BIG news that still looms ahead. SO here for you my IHub compadre, is the timeline of events these last 3 or so months, and why April 2012 seems to be THE breakout month for VPER.

...and if you're short of attention span, or prefer quick flips, or do not like a serious attempt at real DD - here is your chance to exit: now lol! No offense, just we are looking for at least April holders and longer here because of the clear potential we see with VPER...

In the last several moths VPER has enhanced its key business relationship with LED's America from Jupiter, Florida - a company also rapidly growing and expanding:

"Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), in conjunction with LEDs America, Inc., is pleased to announce that due to Viper’s escalating sales of the LED-O® lighting products along with a higher sales forecast for the next two quarters, LEDs America is expected to expand their production capabilities and broaden their marketing reach for launching their newest LED-O tube products to replace fluorescent T8 and T12 tubes worldwide."

...soon after this early January PR, VPER announced a further deepening to this business relationship:

"Viper Networks, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: VPER), in conjuction with LEDS America, Inc., is pleased to announce that both companies are close to formalizing sales and marketing export rights for Viper Networks to retain exclusivity for a number of countries in several geographical regions worldwide.

Final terms of the agreement(s), which should be concluded in a matter of days, is expected to define each country and/or regional territory that Viper Networks will receive exclusivity for, the total number of years for 100% exclusivity, to be followed by annual sales and/or revenue benchmarks for the Company to receive automatic exclusivity renewal."

Now this is important because it shows us all if VPER management would be any good on keeping THEIR WORD....and then did so only a couple weeks later:

"LEDs America to Award Viper Networks Exclusivity in India and Saudi Arabia for All LED-O® Products

Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), is pleased to announce that LEDs America has agreed to award the Company with complete sales and marketing export rights with 100% exclusivity for LEDs America’s LED products for the entire country of India, as well as Saudi Arabia for the next 5 years.

To receive automatic exclusivity renewal for these two countries, final terms of the agreement will include modest annual sales and/or revenue growth benchmarks, since Viper Networks is currently in manufacturing supplier contract negotiations with LEDs America in North America.

The exclusivity agreement includes all products sold under the LED-O® registered brand name, along with complete rights for current products under development, and future products that may be developed and/or engineered during the Company’s exclusivity period."

...then during this time VPER also announced not one but two profitable mergers they were about to do - with April, 2012 as the month for them to happen:

"Viper Networks To Conclude Due Diligence On Attractive LED Acquisition Candidate By Month End

Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), announces that the Company expects to conclude their preliminary due diligence on a U.S.-based, profitable LED company that they have been in acquisition talks with (as announced 1/30/12) by March 31st.

As previously announced, the Company has been proactive in their pursuit of well positioned, profitable LED industry acquisition candidates and has earnestly continued merger talks with two U.S.-based firms since early 2012; one of which specifically provides compelling synergy to Viper Networks’ emerging business within the LED lighting sector.

Shortly after the conclusion of the Company’s due diligence, Viper Networks will release a closing date projection (expected in mid-April) that they expect final negotiation terms and conditions to be consummated by.

Interested parties should note that these are amicable discussions propelled by strong mutual benefits and final acquisition terms are expected to include a combination of cash and stock.

In reviewing Company news during 2012, shareholders and investors will quickly see Viper has been busy establishing solid alliances within the LED industry along with key agreements designed to generate industry-leading margins and facilitate large scale growth initiatives in new global markets."

...in this PR they also talk about The Power Disc which they recently got the reseller agreement from Envirolite, which they also then point to its near-term growth:

"Another emerging alliance is Envirolite Corporation and their PowerDisc™ product that can extend the life of incandescent and halogen bulbs by up to 10 years. The Company’s reseller agreement has already led to Viper Networks initial success (i.e.TBA) with targeting one mass merchant in North America for nationwide sales."

...and check out the product and the nice webpage for The PowerDisc:

http://www.powerdisc.com/

Also notice on the 'About Us' tab it mentions that one of the worlds most famous athletes Muhammad Ali was their protoype spokesperson - huge celebrity because huge worldwid market. Then how large is the lightbulb market is just in U.S. alone, where incandescents are actually growing and still king:

"According to fastcompany.com: "Last year, U.S. consumers spent about $1 billion to buy about 2 billion lightbulbs--5.5 million every day."

According to wsj.com: "The U.S., which has four billion electric lights using [incandescent] bulbs, represents about a third of the world market."

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_many_light_bulbs_are_there_in_the_world

Finally in regards to the good ol' Edison incandescent lightbulbs that have now had an over 130 year run lol!: their market and sales after all these years is still growing - no chit yo lol! Admit it: we love our old lightbulbs - they are cheap and the warm and instant light quality of them is second to none. For goodness sake peeps - CFL's and LED's biggest hurdle besides price is to what? : mimick the light quality from these simple incandescents.

And THIS is what makes a product like the PowerDisc so compelling: the perfect time for any national chain to start selling something like this with the incandescent bans coming in the years to come, coupled with people starting to hoard lifetime supplies - proven by once again FACTS:

Q4 of 2011 incandescent sales were up 62%...yes in the most recent recorded Quarter. Read that again and I will too: incandescent sales ARE THROUGH THE ROOD NOW lol! Why? We dont want them to go away, nor do we want Washington to tell us what bulbs we have to use....yes: this is even political issue RIGHT NOW about the incandescent lightbulb....yeah: the bulb that VPER is abput to START selling a GREEN SOLUTION for yo!!

Wake up peeeeepppsss! lol! ....ok sorry...lets move on.....oh wait before we do here's the proof of the recent incandescent boon happening NOW:

"Shipments Of Incandescent Lamps Illuminate At The Close Of 2011

March 15, 2012

NEMA’s indexes for incandescent and compact fluorescent (CFL) lamp shipments increased by 29.4 and 3.6 percent, respectively, during Q4 2011 compared to Q3 2011. Incandescent lamp shipments posted a year-over-year gain of 41 percent while CFLs declined by 6.6 percent. The calendar year comparison also showed divergent paths. Shipments of CFLs decreased by 6.6 percent compared to 2010. Conversely, incandescent lamp shipments rose 16.4 percent during 2011. A preponderance–62.1 percent–of the increase over last year occurred during Q4.

Incandescent lamps increased its share of the combined incandescent-CFL market registering a reading of 82.8 percent. Meanwhile, the share of CFLs decreased to 17.2 percent –a ratio of slightly less than one in six lamps sold. The increase in the foothold by incandescent lamps is likely to continue while the new efficiency regulations established by EISA 2007 are phased-in over the next few years. CFLs and other substitute lamp types such as halogen A-Line and LED lamps are then expected to carve out increasing shares of the traditional A-Line market."

So enough of the PowerDisc for now: lets see what news we get of it in the weeks to come. They did put out a fluffy PR for those with no patience about getting a U.S. Government GSA contract weeks or months from now....which I think hurt the immediate pps more than helped...but hey: it bodes well for a huge rocket PR in say June imo....

And lastly: VPER's relationship with LEDs America is apparantly going so well, they PR'd late March that they were going to immediately ramp up production to make more LED lights for their international and growing business - they said that they were going to start immediately a JV with one of the two mergring companies to begin NEW PRODUCTION - thats how fast things are moving here, as they are not even waiting for merger to be complete. And guess what? The manufacturing facility was the first to produce LEDs in America - so they are of course ready to product more LEDs America products to supply VPER with increased product supposedly needed NOW - here in April, 2012:

"Viper Networks Expects To Start JV Manufacturing Project Prior To LED Acquisition Candidate Merger

Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), announces that the Company expects to enter into a joint venture (JV) project next week as part of their final due diligence process with a profitable LED manufacturing company that they have been in acquisition talks with since January.

As previously announced, the Company has been in merger talks with several U.S.-based firms since early 2012; one of which is located in the northeastern part of the United States and specifically provides LED manufacturing capabilities.

The Company’s joint venture manufacturing project, which is expected to commence within days, also promises to expand Viper Networks’ potential from their multiple agreements and major alliance with LEDs America, Inc., which includes broad manufacturing rights among other key agreements, including; sales and marketing, global exporting, along with multiple foreign country territorial exclusivity rights.

Since the Company is also involved in other due diligence matters with multiple acquisition candidates, Viper Networks may well release any expected closing date on another company prior to releasing such on the one featured in this announcement."

If you're reading this carefully - you noticed then that VPER will soon be MANUFACTURING LED's themselves via this merger....DD LED companies like CREE and also DD Phillips and other big boys buying up smaller LED companies if you get a chance to see what a big deal this actually is...especially since VPER WILL BE TAKING OVER THE NATIONS FIRST LED MANUFACTUING FACILITY!

...VPER to me is clearly coiling for a big SPRING this Spring in April. It's all in black and white, PR's AND charts - for all of us to see it....
