This stock, XCEL, and company operates quite well.



This company has a market cap of $38 Million and they just posted revenue of $47,000 for 2011? with cost of revenue of $55,000?

I see they didn't have a problem with salaries of $479,040 for the year.

I also see they are pumping out press releases, but no $$$. The 3 worst letters in pinksheet land: LOI

IMO, anyone with shares in this company should sell while they can; before they lose too much.
