First of all nobody knows the exact OS that's going to be in the 10k. Nobody knows the recent purchase the Doc made, meaning last week not the reported ones. Therefore no NEOM SH, or observer, can state with absolute certainty that shares were not purchased by the Doc 03/29/2012, 03/30/2012, 04/02/2012 or today 04/03/2012 such reported filings may happen tonight or tomorrow, if a purchase did take place, note I said if. I am following the billionaire not bogus statements without proof by certain members. Life is a roll of the dice I feel, not encouraging anyone to buy, IMO NEOM is going to help some recoup and some make a very good profit. Now I don't have links to support my theory because its just that a theory. I been playing stocks off and on since 1978, been playing heavy since 1998. From my past experiences NEOM has the right investor for all us players to profit. GLTA
