Here is an email from Mr. Sinkule:

"Garth and I resigned in February.
Please contact Rick Shykora, the new Board member and President of COBI.

So, Rick Shykora is your man. From what I understand, he and Mr. Krucker have plans to bring in a revenue-generating private company, in an effort to get it public, and then work to raise the stock price.
We all wish him luck. Rick promised a press release, so I'm quite sure it's coming.

I cannot express my disappointment regarding the last act of the management. They left the ship... thru the backdoor.

I already send an email to Mr. Shykora asking for a PR.
I don't think we have other choice but sit and watch.

This is my last investment in a public small company. I cannot recommend anybody to invest in OTC/PINK/etc. The risk is to big and the reward minimal or ZERO. I have a feeling in a casino you have better chances and I saw casinos only from the outside.
