NOBODY KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON!!!!

Many will try to scare folks out of the possibility of 1.2+BB O/S now.

Sure, they'll say they aren't (trying to scare shares out of weak hands) but c'mon, you know if by continually repeating such opinion they see the stock drift back to a penny they'll be all over it.

Sure, could go either way.

When that 10K comes out, this (pps) could do one of three things...

1) sit relatively idle (some dilution, nothing too earth shattering in terms of %; no concrete news on Dr.DP and his plans)
2) tank (major dilution now and too continue, news of Dr.DP's plans and battles w/ YA - drag on, struggle, ugly for common shareholders)
3) shoot the moon (nill dilution, Dr.DP does own 25%+ of the comany; positive details of Dr.DP's plan for NEOM that are outlined to show the common shareholders will benefit; a timeline for YA's exit)

So, place your bets, folks!
