It has to do with possibilities for why increasing the A/S, also why they bonused themselves common shares if they could just give themselves money instead and not deal with filing for insider trading.

Also I believe I read a couple days ago that someone mentioned the possible increase in A/S is to prevent hostile takeover....

Any thoughts on these points from any of our NEW longs here?

Also I must say Dakotaben, you are absolutely right, all of the repetitive nonsense is annoying especially when you see the you have to go back 2 pages to start reading.. only because you dont want to miss any good points, then you end up reading the same thing about 25 times from 5 different people!!!
