Oxford Industries, Inc. is an apparel design, sourcing and marketing company that features a portfolio of owned and licensed brands of clothing and golf apparel. The Company distributes its products through department stores and specialty stores, as well as Company-owned retail stores and e-commerce Websites. Additionally, it operates Tommy Bahama restaurants, which are adjacent to certain of its Tommy Bahama retail stores. It distributes its products through department stores, specialty stores, national chains, specialty catalogs, mass merchants and Internet retailers. The Company divides its operations into four operating groups: Tommy Bahama, Lilly Pulitzer, Ben Sherman and Lanier Clothes. On December 21, 2010, it acquired Sugartown Worldwide, Inc. On January 3, 2011, the Company sold to LF USA Inc., all of the operations and assets of its former Oxford Apparel operating group.
