Regarding Penson and if our money is safe: "At this point after the Penson conversion your money is being held by ridge clearing a division of ADP so there is no real connection to Penson worldwide stock "

Don't shoot the messenger. Do your own research. Call your broker. Good luck , as they don't know and will give you probably canned generic answers like yes, we have insurance. Tell that to MF Global customers
