Gagged Transfer Agent. Did Lippert say that? They actually got a gag order from the company? I'd like to see proof of that.
Dilution. Maybe.. maybe not. We don't have proof.
No marketing firm. I am sure they are in the process of signing a new marketing firm. We don't have any proof or details what happened with Zimmerman. It could have been because of the acquisition timing. The company can re-hire them. Or hire a new firm.
Failed merger. It wasn't a failure. We have partnered with them by licensing IZup.(for enterprise) = Revenues without giving 40% of our shares to them.
No conference call since November. True.
No newsletter. False. We got a newsletter Jan. Feb. Mar. and I am sure we will see a newsletter soon.
Concert. We are waiting on details. And we will get those soon.
