The company has chartered itself with 200 million shares, but has authorized up to 500 million shares that 'could' be issued.

Strict technicality,.... not sure that IPO is the right term for an existing company IF more shares were to be issued.

However - IF those authorized but not issued 300 million shares were to be issued - would that mess with the ownership continuation needed to hold the NOLs? Seems to me (and to a couple of other posters here more informed than I) that the company has to be very careful about how it dilutes or shifts ownership for a couple of years.

My guess - that won't be done for a while, but I don't have a great track record on predicting what is going to happen here and don't know all the legal ins & outs anyway.
