The news in the PR is not regarding the outstanding shares... It is regarding the "Authorized Share" count. The are going to move to reduce the total Authorized shares that could be sold to... what, ? 600,000,000 and so they already apparently have about 245,000,000 shares outstanding.... so the news doesn't affect the number of outstanding shares ... it just says that they are tightening the cap of the amount of authorized shares they may need to sell.... Does anyone know the float, the number of shares that freely trade?

IS there a chance this could get pumped up big time? That guy Leslie Howard said a promotion maybe coming on this stock at some point in the future...
