This person has just admitted to being a compensated spokesperson for ALTO and needs to register as such before being allowed any further posts on that message board. In other posts he claims to be CEO of the company.

At this time I have no monetary investment in Alto! I have stock options, which will be exercised if, and only if the company and its stock do well. In other words, the only way I will make money is if the stockholders make money.

From the IRP definition
