I don't think he could or should ever guarantee this. He made the mistake to say it the first time, but market conditions and unforeseen business events will always make an A/S and R/S a possibility. Dwyer needs to work hard to avoid these possibilities from happening. That would increase investor confidence. We shall see what he does soon as the acquisition of the brokerage will require additional capital so he must raise capital somehow. If he does it without diluting the value of current investors shares, we will see a renewed interest in BCAP. This is my hope and reason why I patiently wait for more answers.
