Not true. I just reread the contract between Princess and Treaty Energy. That type of data would be required along with so much more. They were to use normal industry procedures for determinations. I would copy and past the sections but this PDF will not allow me to.

Another point. Treaty was also required to report the findings to the The "Operational Committee" for them the to determine whether the well was commercial or not and then report the findings to the Belize government with all data to back up that determination as well as a detailed plan for putting the find into production.

It also appears that Treaty is under some time constraints that may have already expired. I see there was an extension for some but it did not seem to cover all.
