Gungrey, depending on what or who they are trying to add to the ITC action, could be a game changer. Or even prevent having to come back against another infringer. Take them all at the same time.

And IDCC is fighting out of the infringed IPR corner, going against the biggest infringers in the infringing corner. While the fight does not look fair with the behemoths all one one side, IDCC is taking them on like Batman at a kapow party.
