7:36 PM TransCanada (TRP) says it plans to shutdown its Keystone Pipleline in April to an attempt to retrieve a pipeline inspection gauge that became disconnected during cleaning. The pipeline pumps between 500K and 590K bpd, and estimates are that it will take just a few days to remove.
