IMO, it all seems to get back to this

Feb. 15 – ITC/IDCC vs Nok, Huawei, ZTE, and LG – Deadline for the responses to interrogatories regarding issues as to which party bears the burden of proof,
which I did not understand at the time, but now it is becoming more clear......it is the age old blame game!

From my perspective, QCOM's "secret sauce" has IDCC as a main ingredient! It is also the glue that connects most all of my dots fwiw.
