Qualcomm is working to delay or prevent giving all of the source code documents requested via ITC subpeona. Qualcomm is trying to get a prosecution bar against IDCC's attorneys which govern how the information is handled and what they can disclose over a period of time. The problem with Qualcomm's prosecution bar is that a protective order already exists that governs the handling of all confidential information. Additionally, Qualcomm has admitted that its source code is relevant to the case at hand.

My question is what does Qualcomm have to hide. Are they aware that the source code could/would sink the alleged infringers in this ITC action.

IDCC stay on them and file any other motions necessary to bring forth your case against these infringers.

By the way I think the present law firm spear heading our case is superior to the last ITC action law firm.
