IMO, the clincher is the 143M share insider position. Virtually nothing does more to minimize dilution and increase potential than a huge insider stake. Not easy to find a pinkie where the insiders own such a large chunk of the o/s.

No one has said it yet, but methinks that's what makes CAVR golden. If I'd have know of the insider position before the merger news, I'd have been accumulating this all along.
