Honestly I don't want to see a PR without fins. The last couple of PR's without fins just caused more headache and PPS drop than anything else. Bob's word, through PR's, has become suspect due to the missed dates for CE removal and fins, etc. He didn't give hard dates (before everybody gets nuts on me) but he made very clear implications and he missed them, for whatever reason. Bob needs to get some street cred back on the market before we see anything positive in PPS, so get the cred, release the fins and PR at same time. Hell I'll take just the fins for now.
