Good morning warant :) - Hope all is well..
PAYDAY: I can't respond privately but just to add on CGP as I have followed the company for some months and did my bit of DD on it
CGP is sincere in its endeavour, but agree in so much that the board and staff find it important sustaining themselves
(I find it a positive thing as this helps in the company's survival). But the ultimate gauge is the insider buying of stock.
There are companies that give their board members fat salaries and stock options on the expense of the shareholders, those live from hyping dirt properties. These are the ones mining investors.

For CGP, I which they got out of newfoundland (except the THR JV) and followed and did stake prospective land in the Yukon,
be it white gold or Selwyn basin. It would have had a very positive outcome for the shareholders and I also believe that Yukon holds far far better potential than NFL.
