If you ask me, NEOM will continue to run for days ahead, hopefully they put out a PR that tells us why this immediate surge in volume has taken place and what progress the company is currently engaged in or planning ahead.

But in terms of charts, it seems like there is a three white soldiers formation on the chart, but I don't think we should be looking at daily charts for now, because of how HUGE the volume has been I very much doubt that charts will play a role in this baby. There were buys that were as big as $20,000, $50,000+ multiple times. Something is definately going on within the company for people to make such big buy orders like that in a penny stock.

We'll have to wait and see, but IMO this will be over .12-.13 by EOD tuesday.
