oldberkley--How we get out of this real estate mess is the story, how we got here is history. My fears are that it is worse than many think. A couple of links, the second, just enter your city and state and see your foreclosures. And the Shadow Inventory is not in there. I am looking for real estate in Estero or Bonita Springs Florida to buy in about a year. I should have plenty of forclosures to choose from.

Since so many USA stocks get sales from new housing, I can really see investing in consumerable global companies as well as food an energy global companies as the best way to go. The Unilever and P&G stories yesterday of them building huge manufactoring plants in China really caught my attention.
