I talked to him about the TA reportedly being gagged, HERE IS HIS RESPONSE:

"There is not nor ever has been a gag on the our TA, Transfer Online. Investors are welcome to call them and, in fact, their website has been given in our news releases. Also, the company has promised a higher statndard of financial reporting. This will be evident in the 2011 year-end financials to come out in the next couple of days. This report is 44 pages and is similar to a 15c211 information document. The document will come will a legal opinion letter from an attorney. This letter verifying the validity of the information should move us from "Limited Information" to "Current Information" on pinksheets.
