I wonder how many of those people:

- know they were "shareholders";

- actually paid for the stock or were they just paid a nominal fee for renting their name;

- still own the stock or did they sell it back to the promoters;

- Actually qualified to purchase stock under the Federal and State laws and regulations.

These S-1 filings are rife with seed shareholder fraud.
