Acres in an unstable foreign country just sitting there, earning ZERO dollars for the company... a company that hopes beyond reasons to either sell those acres from more than it paid, find a jv partner foolish enough to deal with this diluted pig, or find a buyer willing to saddle itself with the company's baggage.
