Well, at least I know it's not just me!...
Agreed, to all that and a lot more, unfortunately.

I think the old saying "Ignorance is bliss" came from someone in the Financial sector,
too bad it can also make you broke too.

Like AD says when we know of a situation, the question is "How can we make money on this"
