I can tell you for a fact that I found the Ocean Lady in Delaware when it was for sale. I informed Burt Webber and Scaglione who the owner was and what it could be bought for.
You say that Scaglione says it is worth millions ?? I guess they got a great deal because the ship was being sold for less then half a million dollars.
Reminds me of another treasure hunting company that stated they had a boat that was worth $750,000. I guess it could have been OK on a lake somewhere. That boat was just lost for non payment of dockage fee's.
So Mr. Scaglione, if the Ocean Lady is worth Millions. Why hasn't the dockage fee's been paid ? Is MEXP going to lose that vessel too?
I guess the count answered your question as to who owns the boat. I know Burt Webber doesn't.
Just my personal opinion
