Nice catch, but Evelyn Quintero is just a hired officer that is filling the spot for whomever really owns/controls Whetu Inc. and Bahadur Investments.

Gray & Co is the resident agent for both of the business entities. They offer a service that you pay them to register the business entity and fill the officer positions with their staff members. This allows the people who are really using the business entities to hold and sell shares in illegal pump&dump companies to remain anonymous.

Penny stocks are a very dirty, crooked world of which the SEC has very little control in regulating. They need to require these anonymous foreign entities to give full disclosure and start stepping in on these illegal promotional campaigns right away or this stuff will just keep happening over and over again.

50,000,000 shares are a lot of shares owned by the people behind Whetu Inc. That can be added to all the other shares that were given to insiders at next to no cost which will probably be getting dumped during these paid promotions. The whole shell was set up from day one for unnamed insiders to get rich off of an illegal pump&dump.










The same resident agent (Gray & Co) and some of the same officers were also part of Panamanian business entities connected to many of the other recent other Eric Van Nguyen connected pump&dump plays
