Reality is that if something positive was happening behind the scenes, there would be buying going on, cause in penny land there is nothing but loose lips. That is a great story but all it would take would be one or two people to know the scoop and tell a few friends and so on and the PPS would be exploding...

Reality is someone is unloading here in the .01 range and capping any move, that someone is in the know and more than likely it is an insider since they are the only ones with enough shares to sell...

We need something concrete here badly, speculation is great but it's time for the company to step up and until then the PPS will go lower imo...
