(OTCBB: SNPK) (PINKSHEETS: SNPK) (the "Company" or "Sunpeaks Ventures") and its wholly owned subsidiary Healthcare Distribution Specialist, LLC ("HDS") are pleased to announce that they have entered into the final stages of negotiations to engage a well-known sports celebrity to act as Clotamin? national spokesperson. Clotamin is the world's first specialized OTC multivitamin product designed exclusively for use by patients on Warfarin? and other anticoagulants (blood thinners).

The proposed sports celebrity spokesperson is a current National Basketball Association (NBA) head coach and Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame nominated player. During his 15+ year career as a player in the NBA, he collected more than 10,000 points and 10,000 rebounds, won three championship rings, and was twice named to the NBA All-Star team. He is listed in the NBA Top 20 List for career games played, career rebounding leaders, and career playoff rebounding leaders.
