their 10k last year also said that they were selling the services segment yet they wound up selling the pharmacy.

anyone notice how they write 1 little paragraph at the end of note 2 on the 10q stating that they could still refinance and keep the services segment?

The 10k paragraph about selling the services segment didnt happen instead pharmacy was sold. 10q states selling services segment again but now their is a dinky paragraph about refinancing.

IMO they need to put the paragraph in there to legally cover and keep share price down so they dont have to pay as much equity comp exp which is part of their sga and also so comerica doesn't take all the common shares if they want to. JMO
