Paula Deen Accused Of Using The N-Word

3/05/2012 by Matt

Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Heirs, are at the center of an explosive lawsuit accusing the siblings of using the N word, sexual harassment, emotional distress and assault!

A past employee, Lisa Jackson, has filed a lawsuit against the celebrity chef and her brother.

Jackson was once the General Manager of Bubba’s Oyster and Seafood House in Savannah, Georgia.

In the lawsuit, Jackson cites an example [ http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2012/03/paula-deen-n-word-enterprises-sued-sexual-harassment ] when she was appointed to handle the catering staff for Bubba’s wedding in 2007.

When she asked Paula Deen what the servers were to wear, the Food Network star allegedly said, “Well what I would really like is a bunch of little n***ers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn’t it? But we can’t do that because the media would be on me about that.”

Jackson also claims that “Bubba Hiers is a frequent customer of pornography web sites and would download and view such sites at work. In the small office he shared with Jackson, it was impossible for her to avoid the pornography.”

She adds that Bubba asked her to “bring pictures of herself when she was young for him to view.”

“At a weekly manager’s meeting that included Ms. Jackson, Bubba Hiers brought printouts of an email that stated ‘Why Gay Marriage Should Be Legal,’ and showed pictures of women having sex with women. Mr. Hiers proceeded to pass emails around the table for everyone to see. No outrage was expressed and no action was taken in response to his behavior.”

After working at the restaurant for five years, Jackson quit in 2010 after management continued to ignore her complaints of sexual harassment.

Wow and we thought Paula Deen lying about her diabetes was bad…
