It's tough to say IMO! I think L2 would have been a knockout punch for this company. But the thing no one can estimate is how and when L2 would have been fully functional...

It's still alive, barely, but the govt./and top wireless/gps and others won't allow it... It will kill their business because L2 would have benefitted all Americans by saving us money! IMO

Corrupt!

Either way PVSP has many paths to explore and is just beginning! IMO
