Can't understand those on the other end of the licenses don't ask about or review EI's past sales and success, Why a gillion other licenses (or so said) have never produced. It would not be unusual for a stock to spike when a company takes on new contracts/business, but in this case I think everyone takes these announcements in stride. History is on the side of the potential invester. I'm guessing that EI has procured more licenses than they have products sold.
