What I take from it, is that even though MWIP is pretty much the only game in town that will process merchant services for mjna dispensaries, last year was difficult to build a payment processing business when the dispensaries themselves were in jeopardy with all the legislative changes. As long term shareholders, we look forward to finally moving past this time and onto a firmer, legal footing. More dispensaries, under clear regulatory authority, will still need the special services for processing credit and debit cards because of anti-money laundering rules, proper transmittal of taxes and inventory accountability.

Simply put:
More dispensaries=more MWIP services=more revenue=better PPS.

In the meantime, MWIP is diversifying into the profitable realm of social media. They have chosen a niche market in the ReachMeDaily website. Our time is coming. We are due a stock dividend for the spinoff company and we are due financials showing progress in revenues.
