Did you read the lawsuit? This George Sharp guy is the one behind pumpsanddumps.com Do a google search, this guy must spend most of his time in court either being sued or suing someone else.

You'll notice in the lawsuit, Epic stock picks was behind this pump. George Sharp put out the info on pumpsanddumps.com stating this CEO was basically a crook. I wonder if this CEO and Sharp have some prior issues resulting from another stock or "business" adventure. All of these guys are slick. I'm sure Sharp is just mad b/c he was "tricked" into buying some CUBV
