After 1.90 sale 3 MM's stacked up with stock @ $1.90 which seems normal for SPIN at new highs on volume.. Could be that the seller was one of them with hidden size and just decided to hit the bid.. The sale was but $0.02 away from the offer and if I was a seller I would of hit a bid that close.. As of now there is but one offering @$1.75 and two bids @1.72.. Thin on the upside and depth on the bid..

I think the more important question is what the new underwriter thinks of this and if it will give them second thoughs in this time of hard money to do an debt only financing.. hank
