Allstate is just one of many insurance companies that handle the liability side in cases Dr. D is involved in.

One other point. The suit was filed on the 14th. Dr. D bought his million dollars in stock after that date. Do you really think he would have bought the stock if he felt that SPIN had one iota of risk?
