Any idea what this lawsuit brought against Donovan, Northshore, Talamas, and Talamas' company, among others by Allstate insurance is about? The lawsuit is dated February 14th, and "fraud" is cited as the nature of the suit...never like to see that. Thoughts?

SPIN shareholder since 8/2011...It would be pretty stupid to be short with a catalyst (financing) sitting right in front of this thing...Longs like to know all the facts as well...
